My renter moved out of my condo and now I have the chance to Green it!
Here is what I'm looking to do.
- repaint using noVOC paint
- put new linoleum in using a non-toxic glue
- check all windows and doors are properly sealed
- replace all bulbs with compact fluorescent bulbs
If you can think of anything else let me know!
THE WORK IS DONE!
It's ready for moving in. Please use these links to see the listing.

What a concept! Everyone check this out, especially if you are in Southern California!
