Healing With Essential Oils

We are really loving essential oils and have completely embraced using them in so many aspects of our lives. They are improving our family's health on a physical and emotional level in so many ways.

These are the ways that we are using essential oils in our home.

  • Balance promotes tranquility, balance and groundedness.
  • It contains spruce, rosewood, frankincense and blue tansy and smells just like being in a spruce woods.
  • I use this blend along with Breathe at night to help us sleep.  I've had trouble with waking up at night and staying up.  Since I've used both Balance and Breathe, I have not had a night where I couldn't fall back to sleep after being awakened.
  • Breathe provides respiratory support by reducing inflammation in your airway.
  • A proprietary blend including Laurel Leaf, Peppermint, Eucalyptus, Tea tree, Lemon and Ravensara.
  • This has helped reduce my husband's snoring!
Deep Blue
  • Deep Blue provides muscle and joint support and helps to relieve pain.
  • Wintergreen, camphor, peppermint, blue tansy, blue chamomile, helichrysum and osmanthus work collectively to provide you with truly remarkable relief from inflammation and its associated pain.
  • I use this for the soreness after running or playing tennis.  This has helped my mom's arthritis pain reducing her need or pain medication in just one week of application.
  • DigestZen provides digestive support.
  • Ginger, peppermint, tarragon, fennel, caraway, coriander and anise work to aid your digestion.
  • This can be added to drinks or food, but my mom and I just rub it on our stomach area.  After a week you notice a difference.
  • Lavender is calming and soothing.
  • We've been diffusing lavender mixed with lemon.
  • We also use this mixed with coconut or almond oil and melaleuca oil to heal insect bites.  For really angry bites I added a few drops of the Purity blend.
  • Lemon is refreshing. It is a powerful antiseptic and antibacterial agent.
  • We've been diffusing lavender mixed with lemon or peppermint with lemon.
  • Melaleuca is a powerful antimicrobial, anti-fungal, anti-inflammatory, antiviral, astringent and disinfectant.
  • We've been diffusing melaleuca in our living room and bedrooms.
On Guard
  • On Guard provides protective support (i.e., a natural antibiotic).
  • Wild Orange essential oil, when combined with clove, cinnamon, eucalyptus and rosemary
  • We have been diffusing it in our bedrooms
  • Oregano is an immune strengthener and it has antibacterial, anti-parasitic, antiviral and disinfectant properties.
  • I've used this on mixed with almond oil on my feet at night as part of a quarterly cleanse.
  • Peppermint is refreshing and has analgesic, anti-inflammatory, anti-parasitic, antiseptic, antispasmodic, astringent and expectorant properties.
  • I rub peppermint on my temples and back of my neck when I have a headache.
  • We've been diffusing peppermint and lemon.
  • I tried a drop in my tea and it was strong!! However, the aroma was amazing.
 Slim and Sassy
  • Slim and Sassy is a metabolic blend, manages the appetite, calms the stomach and lifts the mood.
  • I diffused this during a meal making workshop I had in my home so people could enjoy the workshop without leaving hungry!  It worked!
